At Broadway Physical Therapy and Quad Village Physical Therapy, there are a wide variety of different healthcare plans that we accept.
We know insurance can be confusing. As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your arrival to determine if there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services.

Our Tarrytown and Dobbs Ferry, NY clinics also offer a private pay plan for those patients who do not have health insurance or those who have maxed out their benefits. Broadway Physical Therapy and Quad Village Physical Therapy offer a $85.00 per visit, self-pay fee.
